Given the new Fit's weight loss, power gain, and additional cog, the new 6-speed Fit should be good for a 7 and a half second 0-60 time. If they could juice it a bit more and get another ~30 or so hp out of it, it could break 7 seconds.

If you are correct that would be awesome. I almost bought a Fit. Really liked it until I took it on the highway and tried to pass someone.

Yeah. My problem has always been the abysmal power offerings. If they had made a Hondata for the current gen, I might have had that instead of my Si.
